Brahmi is a Sanskrit word derived from “Lord Brahma” who is the divinity responsible for all of the creative forces in the world. The scientific name for Brahmi is Bacopa Monniera. Brahmi has a long history in Ayurvedic medicine for treating a variety of conditions, particularly those involving anxiety and poor memory.
